Himachal Pradesh Cloudburst: The rescue operation has been resumed at 6 am at Rulehad in the Shahpur assembly constituency. One of the 15 people buried in the debris has died while five have been evacuated alive by the rescue team. Two seven-year-old children have been rescued alive in the middle of the night. Nine people are still buried in the debris and the debris is in large quantities. Three houses were completely buried in the debris while a total of 10 houses were damaged due to landslides in Rulehad on Monday morning. The dispensary of Panchayat Bhawan and Animal Husbandry Department has also been hit by the debris.
