CBSE Board 12th Result 2021: Details of ‘Objective Criteria’ announced for evaluation of students and preparation of CBSE 12th Result 2021 can be released in a week after the cancellation of CBSE board class 12 examinations this year. After the Government announced that the examinations for senior secondary classes would not be conducted, a 13 member committee has been constituted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to define/define ‘objective criteria’ for the evaluation of students. CBSE Examination Controller Samarth Bhardwaj shared the information on Friday, June 4, 2021, and informed that the 13-member committee has to submit its report in 10 days (June 15, 2021).
The committee constituted to determine the ‘objective criteria’ required for preparation of CBSE Board 12th Result 2021 includes Joint Secretary, Ministry of Education Vipin Kumar, Commissioner, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Nidhi Pandey, Commissioner, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti Vinayak Garg, IT Director, CBSE, Space Johri and CBSE Academic Director Joseph Emmanuel, etc. Also, the Committee comprises representatives of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT).
CBSE Board 12th Result 2021: 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th marks will also be included?
On the other hand, suggestions are being made in various media reports by several experts in ‘Objective Criteria’ for CBSE Board 12th Result 2021. Based on the information received from similar experts, as per an update of news agency ANI, the CBSE board should include marks of internal assessment of 11th and 12th standard as well as marks of class 10 board examinations in preparation of class 12 result 2021. On the other hand, some other experts believe that the 9th marks of students can also be included in the ‘objective criteria’.
Pending Practical, Internal Assessment till June 28
Meanwhile, CBSE has issued instructions to all schools to conduct pending practical examinations and internal assessments for class XII students by June 28 due to the closure of schools due to the covid-19 Pandemic. As per the direction issued by the Board on Monday, 7th June, these schools will have to upload the practical and internal assessment numbers of all their students on the board’s website only by 28th June 2021.
